Thank you for visiting our website. We would like to explain our delivery policy, which provides information on delivery methods, times, and charges for product orders. Please note that this policy is not intended to establish legally enforceable rights and obligations. Instead, it serves as an indication of our standard practices concerning product delivery.
Delivery Explained
For all mainland UK addresses, we offer free delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for orders over GBP 60 (including VAT).
For all other orders, delivery charges will apply, as described in the Delivery Charges section.
We use Royal Mail International Tracked for delivery to the USA, Canada, and Australia. Please get in touch for an accurate quote.
Delivery Charges Guide
When you place an order on our website, we will automatically calculate the delivery charges and apply them to your purchase during checkout. The amount you’ll be charged for delivery will depend on the delivery method you choose, the location of the delivery address, as well as the size and weight of the items in your order. The following price guide indicates what to expect.
UK Mainland – Royal Mail Tracked 24 up to 2kg – £4.50
UK Mainland – Royal Mail Tracked 48 up to 2kg – £3.80
UK Mainland – Free shipping for orders over £60.00
Europe – Royal Mail Tracked delivery – £15
USA, Canada, Australia – Tracked delivery with Royal Mail – £12 to £32
Duties and Taxes
Orders placed from EU countries must now pay import duty and VAT charges. Baa will only cover the shipping fees. The customer must pay import taxes and duties, which we cannot predict.
Delivery methods and time scale
If you submit your order on a business day, the specified time periods will be calculated from the start of business hours on the following day. However, if you submit your order on a non-working day, the specified time periods will be calculated from the start of business hours on the next working day.
With reference to the above paragraph, the delivery methods we use and the time scale within which delivery is usually completed are as follows:
Royal Mail Tracked 24: the expected delivery period is 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 48: the expected delivery period is 2-3 working days.
The delivery periods mentioned above are indicative only. We will try our best to ensure you receive your delivery promptly, but we do not guarantee delivery by the end of the stated period.
Delivery Tracking
The Royal Mail delivery tracking service is available for all product orders. Your delivery notification will include a Tracking Number. To track your delivery, enter your Tracking Number on our delivery service provider’s website at:

Delivery problems
Our service provider will leave a card at your address if attempted delivery fails. This card will have instructions for rearranging your delivery or collecting your products within a specific time limit.
If the delivery service provider cannot deliver your products due to your fault, you may request a re-delivery, which we will arrange for you. Please keep in mind that we may charge you for the actual re-delivery costs, even if the initial delivery was free of charge.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Baa
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We have insufficient stock to meet your order.
- We do not deliver to your area.
- One or more goods you ordered was shown at an incorrect price due to human error or an error in the price received by Baa! from the supplier.
In the unlikely event that we cancel your order we will notify you by email, offer an alternative to resolve the situation and if no solution is agreed will re-credit your account the sum deducted by us as soon as possible and within 14 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Cancellation Rights
Consumers purchasing goods online have the right to a 14 day cooling off period in which to cancel their order. However, certain goods are exempt from the right to cancel. These include:
1. Bespoke or personalised goods.
2. Magazines & periodicals.
If a consumer places a single online order that includes exempt and non-exempt goods, they have the right to cancel non-exempt goods, unless it is physically impossible to separate them from the exempt goods once they have been delivered.
Returns policy
Introduction
We understand that there may be circumstances under which you wish to return a product to us. To facilitate this process, we have created a policy that applies to all our customers regardless of location and to all orders placed through our website. It is important to note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, such as those outlined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returns
If you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:
We accept the returned product within 30 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you;
the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
you comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product and
none of the exclusions set out in this policy apply.
Returns procedure
To take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must explain your decision to return using a clear statement via email. Once you have received a reply, you can return the order to us with a cover note.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy. However, a full refund will be issued once the products have been received in a sellable condition.
Exclusions
The following types of products cannot be returned under this policy:
gift vouchers
sale goods
books and magazines
packaged items with broken seals
Refunds
Our refund procedure is as follows:
We will refund you for the price you paid to us in respect of any products returned by you in accordance with this policy.
We will refund you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.
We will not refund any costs you incur in returning the product to us.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.
Improper returns
If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:
We will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product
we may retain the returned product until you pay us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product and
if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a payment request, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
