Zauberball is a fabulous self-striping yarn from Schoppel Wolle in Germany that produces long stripes when knitted up. At Baa, we like to recommend this for both knitting and crochet projects, especially shawls and accessories, but the nylon content also makes this yarn a bold and striking choice for very individual knitted socks!
Much like its smaller 4-ply sister, only this 6-ply version knits very similar to a sport weight or DK, perfect for thick, woolly socks and knitted accessories that scream fun! We love it for children’s clothing thanks to its washability.
