Handmade by skilled artisans in a small workshop, this darning mushroom is a beautiful addition to any mender or crafter’s tool kit. It’s made from two kinds of wood – teak for the stem and beechwood for the head – that has been carefully polished to create a smooth surface for your needle to slide across.
To use, simply take the darning mushroom and place it inside your socks, sleeves, or underneath the fabric you are mending to give it a bit of tension whilst you fix the hole.
Measures 11.7cm by 6.1cm in size.
