The much-awaited spring edition of Making Stories Magazine, Issue 13, invites us all to get playful with our knitting with 12 new knitwear designs. These joyful knitting patterns are all unusually and unconventionally inspired by colourful confetti and rainbows.
Confetti made out of dried flowers, collected over months from bouquets and the roadside. Sparkly rainbows, light reflecting. Gentle textures and shapes, echoing the different forms confetti can take. An unexpected rainbow around the corner, on a brick wall, painted in broad strokes.
Making Stories Magazine strives to feature companies and makers who focus on sustainability, transparency, fairness and equity in their creative work. They love telling their stories and hope to inspire and enable crafters to make conscious and informed decisions about the materials they use and the companies they support.
