De Rerum Natura Ulysse is a woollen spun yarn, which means that the yarn isn’t smoothed or combed when spun as per worsted yarns, but stretched out instead, trapping lots of air in the process. As a result, it is a voluminous yarn with a lovely bounce and elasticity to it – a winning combination for warm, yet lightweight knitted garments and accessories. As it has such a rounded structure, this sport weight yarn is a lovely choice for fair isle and colourwork, but also works well for showing off textured stitches such as cables in a knitted jumper, or delicate lace work in a shawl.

For UK delivery, we use Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services. Provided goods are in stock, every effort will be made to dispatch your order the next day during shop opening hours, 1-3 days when the shop is closed.
To give you the best results we always check the dye lot numbers match within each order. If for any reason it is not possible to complete your order using only one dye lot we will contact you as soon as possible.
